I love this site. If you want something a bit out of the "norm" then this site is perfect for you! Check out this asian inspired meatloaf dish. I won't touch meatloaf with a 10ft stick, but I can't wait to try this one out. I think I'll make it in my extra large muffin pan, that way I can use the glaze in this recipe for my husband and I, and I can use something less spicy for the kiddos.
